Embracing Myself As A Sensual, Sexual, Empowered Woman ...

I am currently in the process of rewiring my brain by working on affirmations I was inspired to creatively put in action after reading chapter 8 (Developing Your Forgiveness Muscle: Finding Your Ways Back To Love) of Lisa Nichols?s book, ?No Matter What!? I thought long on hard about each affirmation and it took me an entire day of soul searching and facing uncomfortable truths about myself to come up with 7 affirmations I felt really hit the core of my lingering problems. I decided to share them all with you over the course of the next 7 days. Feel free to use these affirmations for yourself if you find that they resonate with you or you may email me and we can brainstorm together to come up with affirmations tailored just for you.

My first affirmation is;
I AM LETTING GO OF THE PAST AND EMBRACING MYSELF AS A SENSUAL, SEXUAL, EMPOWERED WOMAN..
Location; I posted this affirmation on the bathroom cupboard door.

Reason; This affirmation was definitely the most difficult to create but what I felt was the most necessary as it became more clear to me the various blocks?I?have against manifesting fresh, wholesome and invigorating love into my life. So, I basically took a look at my entire sensual, sexual, relational past, I exhumed demons and hidden skeletons, I watched memory?s film behind closed eyes and fought not to run like mad from the discomfort I felt. When I was done with all this I released each and every little piece of my history with love and light. For the times I screwed up, made bad choices and acted less than stellar in relationships, I forgave myself and let it go with love. For the times I felt like a helpless victim, I forgave myself, the other and let it go with love. For all the neurotic and false beliefs I harbored about sensuality, sexuality and ?relationships, I let them ALLLL go with forgiveness and love.

Then from the emotional rubble of ash I created the affirmation -??I AM LETTING GO OF THE PAST AND EMBRACING MYSELF AS A SENSUAL, SEXUAL, EMPOWERED WOMAN.

I am no longer defined by my past. I am creating new and wholesome beliefs about relationships, sexuality and sensuality. I am empowered and honor myself by making my boundaries known. I am sexy. I am sensual. I am an authentic, realized woman. And dammit, I am a beautifully created Goddess!!!!
